Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are intact and included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
